Guarantee and Payments:
We collect a 50% guarantee deposit (including taxes) for all reservations at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival check-in.
WE ACCCEPT: Visa, MasterCard & Cash. All deposits and payments are due in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Payment via personal checks will not be accepted. Minimum night stay restriction may apply. All room rates are subject to government tax and tourism tax.
Changes, Cancellation & Refund:
We permit a one-time change of dates (including shortening a reservation) as per request. Changes of dates shall be made known to us at least 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date. Changes are subject to availability and minimum stay restrictions (if any). There is a MYR 50 fee for this change, and your deposit becomes non-refundable. We would like to inform that a shortened stay will remain charged in full per the original reservation.
Due to limitation to our room availability, cancellation shall be made known to us at least 14 days notice prior to your confirmed arrival date to receive a refund of your guarantee deposit less 15% service charge. Cancellation within 14 days prior to you confirmed arrival date, regardless of the reason; your total guarantee deposit amount will be forfeited. There are no refunds due to medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or cancelled flights, etc. You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
There shall be no refunds for shortened stays or late arrivals. We will charge your entire stay if you fail to show up and do not notify us 48 hours prior to your arrival.
We collect a security deposit upon check in and refund to you upon check out. Security deposit amount will depend on the room type. We reserve the right to charge your security deposit for any damages to the room. All security deposit shall be paid in cash.
Arrivals and Departures
Check In: Our check in time begins at 2:00pm. However, check in is available as soon as you room is ready, we will try to accommodate each guest as soon as we can.
Late Check In: Notify us if you anticipate arriving later than 6:00pm.
Check Out: Our check out time for guests and vehicles is 11:00am.
In accordance with Tourism Tax Act 2017, all tourist(s) and non-resident guest(s) will be required to pay a MYR10.00 Tourism Tax (TTx) per room per night upon check in. TTx is payable by cash or credit. Room rates are subject to TTx. Malaysian citizens and permanent residence of Malaysia (with proof of MYPr Card) will be exempted from TTx.
We offer free Wifi internet access to the guest of the hotel. Drop by our front desk for the Wifi access key.
We provide complimentary parking on site, limited to one car per room, subject to availability. PARC Hotel assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle on your premises. We would like to inform you that your vehicle shall be lock at all times and all valuable items shall be removed. Park at your own risk.
Although we understand it is difficult for you to leave your love one behind, PARC Hotel do not accommodate any pets. We would be happy to refer you to our local pet resort if you are travelling with pets.
We are proud to be a smoke-free hotel. For our guests’ safety, we would like to inform you that candles or other sources of open flame are not permitted in the guestrooms. Any guest violating the non-smoking or open flame policy will result in an additional MYR 500 cleaning fee.
PARC Hotel understand the importance of privacy and is committed to protect our guests’ privacy and personal data such as name, contact numbers, etc. that are considered as private and confidential. Our guests information will be kept confidential within our company unless otherwise with our guests’ approval and authorization. We trust our high commitment in personal data protection andare in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).

- Making a reservation at our website or any other third party online travel agent we have partnership with,

Reservation, Registration, Marketing Initiative &Newsletter
It is necessary for us to collect your personal information when you make a reservation (from our website or our partnership third party online travel agent) or during your stay with us. This enables us to identify and contact you during the process of your purchase and requests for our services at PARC Hotel. Personal information may includes your name, age, gender, any identification number details, residential address, contact number, email address, credit card number and expiry date, etc. Other necessary information if you choose to share with use may include your preferences and special requests upon your arrival at our hotel such as room preference, anniversary celebration, etc. Upon check in to our hotel services, you are required to present personal identification to verify your reservation.
Along with our marketing initiatives, we partnered with third parties to offer packages and other services. Your personal information will be shared with that third party to a necessary extent to process your subscription to such a offer package or service.
Our hotel may use your information provided to send our upcoming marketing information and offers about the Hotel’s services and those selected third parties. If you wish to unsubscribe our marketing newsletter, you inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org opt out for subscription with sufficient personal identifications. Our marketing team will guide you through the unsubscribe process.
Communication, Feedback, Survey, etc.
PARC Hotel believes that constant improvement and development is required to achieve an excellence in service delivery. In order to achieve this, we collect comments and feedbacks from our guests. Information provided by our guests in such manner will only be used as our reference. We communicate with our guest in respect to the feedback we received then carry out a reviewing session with our hotel crew.
PARC Hotel Privilege Programme
Our hotel is anticipating launching our Privilege Programme in the near future. Our Privilege Programme targets to deliver a premium level of customized services to our customer. We offer our Privilege Programme membership through invitation. If you are invited and choose to join our Privilege Programme, additional personal information may be required and you have given the consent to the supply and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privilege Programme’s Terms and Conditions.
